Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Departure from Delhi
Meet at Kashmiri Gate Metro Station and leave Delhi between 9:00 PM and 11:30 PM for the overnight journey toward Shimla.
Day 2: Shimla to Sangla or Rakcham
Reach Shimla in the morning, drive via Kufri and Narkanda, stop around Narkanda for breakfast, pass Kinnaur Gate, and reach Sangla or Rakcham by evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Chitkul, Khab Sangam, Nako, and Tabo side transfer
Explore Chitkul and Baspa riverside, continue via Khab Sangam into Spiti, visit Nako Lake, optionally stop at Gue Monastery if time permits, and stay around Nako or Tabo.
Day 4: Tabo, Dhankar, Pin Valley, and Kaza
Visit Tabo Monastery, cross the Ka Loops on the way toward Kaza, stop at Dhankar Monastery, observe the Pin Valley side, see Lingti Waterfall, and reach Kaza for the night.
Day 5: Kaza local exploration
Explore Hikkim, Komic, Langza, Chicham Bridge, and Key Monastery, then return to Kaza for dinner and another overnight stay.
Day 6: Kaza to Chandrataal
Leave early for Chandrataal, stop around Losar for lunch, cross Kunzum Pass, explore Chandrataal Lake, and stay overnight at the campsite. Chandrataal camps are on triple or quad sharing basis only.
Day 7: Chandrataal to Manali
Have breakfast, continue toward Manali, visit Mall Road, and stay overnight in Manali after dinner.
Day 8: Manali self-exploration and return to Delhi
Use the day for Hadimba Devi Temple, Jogini Waterfall, Vashisht Temple and hot spring, or optional bike or scooty rental, then depart for Delhi in the evening for the overnight return journey.
Day 9: Arrival in Delhi
Arrive in Delhi around 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Travelers booking onward trains or flights should keep a post-12:00 PM buffer.
